It is so hard to find anywhere post Covid, that still believes in great customer service. I was lucky enough to be helped by a man I believe is the owner, named Many, and his son, Aria, that was not only highly knowledgeable about his products, and extremely helpful, but provided customer service second to none. Such a pleasure to find a small excellently, family run business, in this new world of big business where no one cares about the customer. I was lucky enough, he was able to walk me and my wife through several used vehicles, and several test drives until we found the perfect vehicle for our family. We drove home tonight in our families great new vehicle, boy are we all happy. You are a breath of fresh air in the car business sir, keep up the great attitude and hard work. so nice to deal with a nice independent business and not a huge company that doesn't care.

About a month ago I decided to buy a car. I’ve been in Canada for a year now and it’s certainly difficult without a car here. But so far my financial capabilities do not allow me to buy a new car on credit. So I looked into used car options. Of course, there are a lot of available options on the Facebook Marketplace for reasonable money. But the problem with such cars is that as soon as you pay for the car and it is registered in your name - that’s it, it’s completely your car and any problem that may arise at any time is your problem. Therefore, I was looking for an option with, albeit a small, guarantee. Dealership Tala Auto Select has a huge selection of used cars for almost any budget. Initially, I went there for a Ford Focus wagon, but upon closer inspection, I didn’t like the car. I was offered another Focus. The owner assured me that the car was good, completely reassembled by their mechanics and all problematic parts were replaced. However, this car was not mine either. And then I saw it - a Navy blue 2008 Ford Focus SE. Good equipment, excellent condition and relatively good mileage. This car cost more than I expected, but in the end I added money and the owner gave me a good discount. An insurance representative quickly arrived and took out insurance, and the salon manager Anastasia very quickly completed all the documents. They did a full check of my car, gave me a one-month warranty on the engine and brakes, and I left happy. I have been actively using the car for two weeks now and there are no problems with it. I can find out any additional information I need from manager Anastasia, she is always in touch and helps quickly and clearly. The Tala Auto Select dealership has a very good selection of used cars, excellent service, wonderful managers and an owner who are a pleasure to deal with. We came here to buy a car for a road-trip. Got a pretty old but good running car for a faire price. Until now we only had to do an engine oil-change. The dealer gave his best to give us a good running car and they checked everything before the sale. Very good service and friendly staff. I bought a car that had just come onto the lot, they checked it out to make sure there were no mechanical issues. A broken brake lightbulb was replaced immediately and some rust and bubbling around the rear fenders when the car was bought was fixed within a few days. They also gave us a free meal from the restaurant next door while we were waiting for the car to be checked out.

Many different reviews here. Almost no 3's and 4's. Seems all 5's and a few 1's. I guess it is either love it or hate it, without the in-between's. We purchased a 2009 Audi, Turbo, A4 Quattro, convertible, from Anastasia. She is quite the character. I like strong women. She went toe to toe with me. Look for her. The car just needed a door adjusted. The car has been absolutely amazing. Mind you, with used cars (and even a bunch of new ones) one always rolls the dice. We got lucky. But the important thing is how the dealer handles the good and the bad. Quite a few reviews show that customers have been refunded the money. That is a LOT more than ANY dealer out there will do (please refer to my review of Choose Super Auto). But in my case, not our issue this time. They took the Audi in, right away into their shop. Lifted on a hoist, showed me the entire car underneath. CV joint boots, leaks, inner tire wear, strut leaks etc, all looked good and I was very impressed they did that. The car door had already been adjusted and they proceeded to change the oil. I mentioned that the car showed 3,000 kms to service. Anastasia would have none of that explaining that sometimes people clear the system without doing the service. So the oil was changed. Then the service guy came into the office and said that the spark plugs were questionable. They ordered new spark-plugs on the spot. I had to wait for an hour... and done. As the car was delivered and Anastasia went through everything and checking that everything, including the convertible top, worked (in a snowy day), they discovered that a headlamp burned (I know it was working when I checked it earlier). They replaced it on the spot. A couple of weeks later I contacted Anastasia and told her that the wipers were bad and the battery seemed a little weak. She had us take the car in last Saturday. A big new battery and a fresh set of wipers got installed. No cost. And off we went in under 1 hour, happy campers. So their sales offices are mediocre in presentation. The service shop is not super clean and the staff is not Ferrari quality. The optics of the physical and esthetics side of the dealer itself is not the best. But the car prices do reflect that. Buy a car from a dealer with staff all dressed in white coats and I would have paid twice as much for the same car. But the delivery of the results was excellent. Yes I would buy there again. And THANKS for a surprisingly good experience.

I recently made a purchase from this used auto dealer! I'm from out of town and actually flew in to purchase said vehicle and unfortunately it was not ready for me on the Friday when I arrived to pick it up.. This was due to circumstances beyond their control, IE wrong Parts being sent to them by their suppliers!! The owners were very apologetic for this inconvenience but fully understanding that it was late afternoon on a Friday in GVA the correct parts would not arrive til next morning...very understandable!! The owners were very accommodating to me and again very apologetic. I normally do not buy from Used Car Dealers but this particular Dealer has just gained the trust and confidence of this new customer. I look forward to future dealings with Manny and Anastasia!! I appreciated their honesty and sincerity!! I drove my vehicle 1000kms home with no issues and passed the OPI inspection with flying colours!! I strongly recommend this dealership!!!
